Hi! I’m Alex, the heart and hands behind Balloon&Batter. I have a passion for creating beautiful balloon arrangements and delicious desserts that make every celebration extra special. My passion has led me to baking Sourdough. Through sourdough, I get to slow things down—hand-shaping small-batch loaves that are naturally fermented, full of flavor, and made to be shared.My sourdough starter dates back to October 1, 2025.
